First, check with your neighbors or your local post office with the tracking number. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier. Note: if the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, the risk is yours.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an invalid address or refusal, the shipping charge is non-refundable. If you still want the items, we can resend them once you pay for new shipping costs.
